A well-established landscape company in College Station is looking for dedicated Crew Leaders and Crew Members to join our landscape maintenance division. We take pride in delivering high-quality commercial and residential landscaping services and are seeking motivated professionals who want to grow with us.
Position Overview:
As part of our team, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing commercial and residential properties. Crew Members will assist in daily maintenance tasks, while Crew Leaders will oversee crews, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience in landscape maintenance (commercial or residential) is a plus but not required.
- A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with irrigation systems and weed identification is beneficial.
- Ability to operate and maintain landscape equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers (training provided).
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
